You can watch more of my (bad) habits on this website : http://lemondedemimi.free.fr/

Thank you for everything!
H50 fictional 1st part
Hawaii five-o 2010 fiction
All copyrights pertain to producers, CBS and I don’t intend to make any money with this story.
Note: it’s been two seasons now and I can’t bear anymore not to write a fiction about this TV series, I hope you will enjoy it.
There are some parts (small and short) at the end of part 1, I borrowed on purpose to the final of season 2; It just seems logical at this place and time.
Rate: PG, quite romantic too, and hopefully a little bit of suspense. Enjoy! And give feedback if you feel up to at: @sabsam789 on Twitter is very welcome.
Part 1:
Location: Paris, 24:00
The first reason to go to Paris should be for its history, surroundings and fun stuff to do at night. But for now, I’m in town to meet a dormant that has Intel on my mother, or so he says.
Is it realistic to think that my mother is alive? I always thought my dad would keep lying about that. It’s so cruel to have been forced to exile for the family safety. And at the same time, I grew up so fast; I didn’t have the occasion to explain what I felt to my father.
I understand now he was forced by circumstances to let us go on the continent. But why on earth was he so rude to my sister and me? It’s unbearable, clueless, and nothing could get back what I lost.
My father was a stubborn guy, always straight and rough when it comes to his job. He never took no for an answer, always pushed things to the limit. Danno would certainly state some burly comment on how much we are alike. He is far from it. My father was far more stubborn than I am!
Weather was almost responding his humor: sad, rainy like hell, dark. But somehow it made him feel awake, aware of events surroundings, and eager to have answers!
“You aren’t what I expected.”
A young woman came up to him unexpectedly. She had good-looking features but seemed a bit too sure of herself for his liking.
“What?”
“Aren’t you that Mac Garret guy I am supposed to meet?”
“Yes. You have information for me about my mother, aren’t you?”
“Yes, of course. I am not here for joking! So, are we back to business?”
Steve nodded.
“Your mom is alive somewhere in Asia, away from anyone’s view, in a region called Fukushima.”
Facing a shocked Steve, the informant stopped talking.
“You knew that one, right?”
“How can you be so sure? There is no proof, and believe me I searched a lot more than you can imagine!”
A shot came out of nowhere, missed Steve by chance and finished its course in the head of the young woman. Steve ducked behind a concrete shelter in no time to tell, but it was the only shot. A single shot and his life was again in jeopardy. Why on earth would she be in Fukushima, a contaminated area? It does not make any sense. The only place to get away from, it’s Fukushima. This is the ultimate destroyed place to be.
This was not the time. He would take later on a moment to think about the events. Now he had to get away quickly. He sneaked an eye over his shelter, gun in hand, and made a short run to the other end of the street.
At the back of his mind, he analyzed the shot and knew it came from the third floor building, face to the street. But for now he had to get away, knowing despair would hit him full force later on, thinking about the young women dead in a glimpse, just right in front of him.
Adrenaline got the best of him for now. He stood up and ran away. It wasn’t the moment to think. He wouldn’t let go things AWOL. She deserved that.
Let a body behind, do not make the right thing for someone death, he wasn’t used to it. He would never get used to it or it would be the end of his job.
He stopped three blocks over the murder location, took his satellite cell phone, and made the only call possible at the moment.
“Danny? It’s Steve.”
“For god’s sake, where have you been for so long?”
“Danny, please stop, will you? She died; she just died in front of me!”
“What are you talking about? Who died?”
“She said my mother is still alive and then she died, a single bullet, 10 seconds and she’s dead!”
“Buddy, you sound weird at the moment. When are you coming back?”
“I have to go to Fukushima, well nearby at least.”
“What? Now you’re totally freaking me out! You just can’t decide to go to this city. It’s contaminated at least for the next hundred years. For god’s sake, Steve, stay focused!”
“What? Oh ok. I am sorry Danno, I have to do this; the informant said my mom is still alive and hiding in the surroundings of Fukushima; so there are no ways, no means. I have to go and follow the lead.”
“Ok, I got it. Would you do me a favor? Call us anytime you need and break us some fresh news, ok?”
“Ok, will do. I got to go now.” As soon as Steve finished the call, his old mentor Joe White made its appearance.
“So? Will you come with me or not?”
“We already played this game. I want answers Joe and now!”
“I know. Come and let me introduce you to Shelburne.”
